Do you have room service?
Unfortunately we do not have room services for now.

Do you have internet access?
All rooms have wired LAN and Wi-Fi which are available free of charge. You can rent our laptop PC (1,000 yen for 1 night 2 days including tax. Japanese only). Please note that we have limited availabilities for the rental PC.

What is the size of your rooms?
Single, Double, Econmy Twin are 18.9m², while Standard Twin and Quadruple are 28.5m². For other rooms, please contact us directly.

What is the size of your bathtub?
60cm (length) × 140cm (width) × 48cm (depth)

What is the width of the room entrance? (wheelchair accessbility)
Room entrance door width is 85cm, bathroom entrance door is 60cm.

Hotel Services and Policy

Is Day-use possible for your rooms?
We offer Day-use for Economy Twin Rooms or Double Rooms. Check-in starts at 12pm noon and check-out is by 5pm. Rooms offer beautiful view of the TOKYO SKYTREE®. Day-use charge is 10,000 yen per room (tax and service charge inclusive).

What is the cancellation policy?
Please refer to the Terms and Conditions of your reservation.

I want to send a parcel/my luggage before check-in!
You can send maximum 2 parcels per person  to our hotel address as following:
1-2-2 Kinshi, Sumida-ku, Tokyo, Japan (zipcode 130-0013)
To: Tobu Hotel Levant Tokyo Front Desk.

Please write your check-in date and the name of the booker in the notes column.
We will be keeping your luggage at our Front Desk until your arrival.
Also, we don't accept any payment about your parcels or luggage.

Can I change the check-in and check-out time?
Standard check-in starts from 2pm. Early check-in cannot be guaranteed at any time and should you wish to guarantee it, please book the prior night as well. For more information, please contact our Hotel Reservation (+81 3 5611 5612)
Standard check-out is by 11am. Late check-outs are possible with surcharge and it cannot be guaranteed. Additional charges are as following.
Check-out by 12pm: 10% of the night rate / by 2pm: 30% of the night rate / by 5pm: 50% of the night rate / anytime after 5pm: 100% of the night rate

When staying as 3 people
We can provide you a sofa bed in standard twin room.

Do you accept special requests such as high floor?
We will do our best to meet your needs as much as possible, but please note that we cannot guarantee them.

When staying with children
Pre-school children under 6 can stay free of charge. Baby beds are provided free of charge but we have limited availability. Please contact our hotel in advance to book the bed.

Do I need to book for car parking?
Parking reservation is not required. Please park your car at any empty space of the underground and you can come in from the front entrance.
To enter our parking area, your car should be up to a height of 2.2m.
Parking fee is 1,800 yen per every 24 hours.
Please note that you cannot park on the contractor-dedicated space.

Do you accept credit cards for payment?
Yes and you can use the following: American Express, VISA, DC, Diners , JCB, Master, UC, UFJNicos, TOBU, Ginren

When and how is the payment done?
You will pay either in cash or credit card at the time of your arrival.

Can we pay before our arrival?
We accept prepayment either by bank transfer (may not be available depending on how close your check-in date is), or visiting hotel directly for payment (cash or credit card). For details, please contact our Hotel Reservations (+81 3 5611 5612)

Do you sell tickets for Tokyo Disney Resort®?
You can purchase them at our Reception and feel free to contact the Front Desk for more information (+81 3 5611 5511). However, please note that this is not Fixed-Date tickets.  

Do you have transportation to Tokyo Disney Resort®?
We provide Good Neighbor hotel shuttle bus every day to Tokyo Disney Resort®. For details, please refer to this page (Click)

Questions Regarding TOKYO SKYTREE®

Do you sell tickets of the TOKYO SKYTREE®?
Yes,It is available at the Hotel Reception.

Can I see TOKYO SKYTREE® from the room?
The North-side rooms have view of the TOKYO SKYTREE® view.

Do you have transportation to TOKYO SKYTREE®?
We do have a transportation to Tokyo Skytree Shutte.However it is not free of charge.

We recommend you to follow below method & directions:

Walk - around 20-30 minutes. Follow the Tower View Street and go straight.
Taxi - around 5-10 minutes, approx. 1,000 yen
Subway - take the train from Hanzomon Line Kinshicho Station, get off at Oshiagé Station (1 stop away) and leave from B3 Exit. It takes approx. 15-20 minutes in total.
Hotel bicycle rental - around 10-15 minutes. You can rent it either during the morning 8am-12pm noon or during the afternoon 1pm-5pm. (500 yen per bike per time). TOKYO SKYTREE® Town offers free bicycle parking for 2 hours.

Do you have a souvenir shop that treats TOKYO SKYTREE® goods?
You can find our shop at the first floor lobby (open hours 8am-8pm). Please note that we do not sell all products sold at TOKYO SKYTREE® Town.
